Equality is a short contemporary piano work by Australian composer Brett Dean, written in 2004. It is scored for speaking pianist, combining piano performance with spoken text on the universal theme of equality. The work was commissioned by the Cheltenham Festival and first performed by pianist Sarah Nicolls.
